The operation of the trello powerup "Activity" ("the service") is provided by Christoph Kettelhoit ("we").
At this time we do not collect any directly personally identifiable data.
We usually do collect basic connection data including timestamps, useragents, ip addresses and visited urls.
We rarely collect telemetry of running sessions which may include error reports and session state, but will never include any personally identifiable or private information.
We collect interaction event data which is not personally identifiable by itself, but is potentially personally identifiable when combined with data stored by trello. The data stored for detailed activity mode includes board, user, list and card ids, timestamps, timezones and activity durations. We generate authentication tokens that might constitute personally identifiable information when combined with external identifiers.
We use your connection data to ensure the continued operation of the service and to protect the service from malicious activities.
We use aggregated and anonymized connection data to help us understand the needs of our users.
We use aggregated and anonymized telemetry to improve the quality of the service and to detect and resolve previously unidentified issues.
We use interaction event data to provide the “Detailed Activity” feature. We use aggregated and anonymized interaction event data to improve the quality of the service and to detect and resolve previously unidentified issues.
Your connection data never leaves our servers Your data never exists unencrypted outside our systems and is not shared with third parties of any kind, except where legally required.
We only keep your basic connection data for the amount of time necessary to audit the continued operation of the service and the identification of potential threats, usually no longer than a month.
We retain aggregated and anonymized connection data as well as aggregated and anonymized telemetry as necessary.
We keep interaction event data as required for the operation of the Detailed Activity
feature. We retain aggregated and anonymized interaction event data as necessary.
We might change our future collection practises regarding personally identifiable data for the purpose of providing features that would not be feasible without said data.
We will change our collection practises regarding basic connection data as required by the operation of the service. We will report any substantial changes of the policy that might affect your use of said service as part of this policy.
Since we are not collecting any personally identifiable information, we do not have any means to personally inform you about policy changes. All changes to our current policy will be posted to this document; recent policy changes will be highlighted.
Should we change our policy regarding collecting personally identifiable information, the policy regarding informing you about said changes will change accordingly.
